I help busy, high-functioning women calm their mind, release body tension and regain control of their energy through simple nervous system resets that fit into real life.
I am a yoga teacher and nervous system-focused mentor with over 10 years of experience supporting women through stress, burnout and chronic tension.
Through years of teaching classes, retreats and yoga teacher trainings, I noticed that many women didn’t need longer practices — they needed practical tools they could use inside their daily lives. One of the biggest struggles my clients face is feeling stuck in survival mode: exhausted but wired, carrying neck and back pain, snapping more than they want to, and never truly switching off.
Having worked through these patterns myself and with hundreds of students, I’ve made it my calling to help overwhelmed women feel safe, steady and like themselves again, even within full and demanding lives.
